Slovakia – Wales

Slovakia is 4th with  10 points from 8 matches and Wales 5th with 7 points from 7 matches. Easy to understand that both of the teams will play for victory. Personally I wouldn’t bet on this match not even at double chance.

My prediction is: 1x (home win or draw) [2-1/1-1]

Cyprus – San Marino

Not to much to say about this one. Cyprus should win.

My prediction is: 1 (home win) [3-0]

Czech Republic – Ireland

Ireland needs to win or at least a draw to keep its qualifying dream alive. Hard to believe they will have to strength and skills to defeat the czechs. On the other hand if Czech Republic wins it is pretty clear who will be the two qualified teams for Euro 2008.

My prediction is: 1 (home win) [2-1]

Euro 2008 – Group C

Norway – Greece

This is another “no-bet” match, open to any result. Both of the teams are chasing the 3 points so it is very hard to predict the outcome. If you still want to play this match I would advise to take the “double chance” option.

My prediction is: 1x  ( home win or draw) [1-0/0-0]

Bosnia Herzegovina – Moldova 

The bosnians improved a lot in the last few years and I can’t see them losing this match or even making a draw.

My prediction is: 1 (home win) [2-0]

Turkey – Hungary 

Both of the teams are not what they used to be years ago. A little plus for Turkey just because the individual qualities of some of their players and also because of the home ground advantage. The turkish supporters have always been the 12th player…

My prediction is: 1 (home win) [2-0]

Euro 2008 – Group B

Lithuania – Faroe Islands

Any other result except a home victory would be very upseting for the lithuanians.

My prediction is : 1 (home victory) [ 3-0]

France – Scotland

A very interesting match , where the scottish will do their best to get a good result. I don’t think France won’t win, to be honest.

My prediction is : 1 (home victory) [2-0]

Ukraine – Italy

Another good game in the group B. Ukraine is a good team but I just can see them winning at home against the world cup winners! It is a match that I wouldn’t recommend to bet on…

My prediction is : x2 (draw or away win) [1-2/1-1]

Euro 2008 – Group A

Finland – Poland – x

A match open to any result , really. I’m sure the finnish will do their best to get a victory at home … on the other hand the polish become a serious team in the last couple of years and obviously would like to keep thier top spot in the group.

My prediction for this match is : x (draw). I think they will share a point each, probably 1-1.

Kazakhstan – Belgium – 2

A normal and logical prediction would be Belgium wins away. 0-2 I would say…

My prediction for this match is 2 (away win) [0-2]

Portugal – Serbia – 1x

This is a “must win” for both of the teams. If Serbia will loose the match they will have an impossible mission in the remaining matches, well, if they really want to qualify. Portugal is third with 16 points from 9 matches. An eventual victory will give them an excellent boost . Serbia is a very good team – this is why I see this game ending very close.

My prediction is 1x (victory home or draw) [2-1/1-1]. I would preffer to play this match at “Double Chance” – it is safer.
