Euro 2008 Spain vs Italy Predictions

SpainItaly

The World Champions, Italy will meet Spain in the last quarterfinal. Spain played some excellent football this tournament while Italy had some rather modest evolutions. However the italians are still a force in football and they might have the skills to beat the spanish team.

I expect a top match from two top teams for a place in the semifinals against the latest surprise, Russia.

Our tip for Spain – Italy is 1

Spain will win this game 1-0. I think it will be a late goal, maybe from Fabregas or David Villa. It will definitely be a close game, and I think Italy will give it a good shot, but Spain have the talent to win this match.

@Bob – I also believe that Spain might win it … they performed slightly better than the italians but (there is always a “but”) this Euro was full of surprises and unexpected results so … who knows… :)

@burn – I would love to discuss betting strategies and tips with other guys on this blog but I saw people are mainly interested in this little contest by placing only the match predictions instead of discussing and helping the others to decide what to bet on…

You guys feel free to leave your comments, questions, whatever… and we will talk all the options here. This way we’ll not only help ourselves but the other people interested in sports betting.

Hopefully we’ll be able to create our little community here and to provide all the others with really useful tips

    Cheers,

    Dan

i think that florin copying my predictions to save 1 point between us
Admin, can you hide all predictions and show them after match begins

  18. Admin June 24th, 2008 at 3:50 pm

@kokonut – This is funny, really funny! It seems that you guys play a sort of psychological game between you two, right? :)

I’ve noticed that both of you posted your tips at 7:44 PM UK time when the match started at 7:45. Checking my logs I see that florin actually posted his comment 8 seconds before you did so I don’t think it’s a case of copying.

I’m not able to hide the predictions unfortunately…the system makes them live at the time you guys submit your stuff plus that’s not going to be fair for all the other guys in the contest.

I’d suggest you two to stop playing childish games and behave like normal people. At the end it is not a problem if one or more players make the same predictions and I can’t blame anyone for that. I noticed in the last few matches both of you scored little points due to unexpected results…
